4. Content & Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality within the App — including text, graphics, logos, and code — are owned by A & R Multi Biz or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

By downloading, installing, or using Pak Imtehan (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
Payment: Subscription payments are charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewals are charged to your Apple ID account within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Cancellation & Management: You can manage or cancel subscriptions any time through your Apple ID account settings. Canceling stops future renewals — your current period remains active until expiry.
Price Changes: Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. If the price changes, you will be notified before renewal.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to modify, copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the App.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, A & R Multi Biz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or service interruptions.
Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
